On the evening of 25 May 2025, we had the honour of attending Jananam 5.0, held under the heartfelt theme “Together For Autism 2025.” This inspiring fundraising event united the community with a shared purpose, to raise awareness and support for unlocking the extraordinary potential of individuals with autism.
What made the night truly special were the captivating performances by individuals with autism themselves. From moving theatrical acts to expressive artistic showcases, their talents served as a powerful reminder that human potential knows no boundaries.
Consider this: without neurodiversity, the world may never have known E=mc². While Albert Einstein was never formally diagnosed, many experts believe he exhibited traits consistent with autism spectrum disorder, such as delayed speech and social challenges. His legacy continues to inspire the way we understand intelligence and creativity in all forms.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Thila Laxshman and the entire team at T Lax Avenue (M) Sdn Bhd, in aid of PERSAMA – 2gether4autism, for organizing such a meaningful event. Mr. Arvend Applasamy (Special Officer to the Deputy Prime Minister) and Mr. Jonathan Vela (Special Officer to the Political Secretary of the Prime Minister) also attended to the event, adding further significance to the occasion.
